Who owns the copyright of the final work?

Once you have paid in full for the services, you (the client) hold the full copyright and ownership of the final delivered files. We only reserve the right to display the work in our professional portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.

We offer 2-3 rounds of free revisions per project to ensure the result meets your expectations. Please note that revisions must be based on the original project brief. Any changes that fall outside the initial scope may incur additional costs.

We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Cards, or Bank Transfer. For new clients or large projects, we typically require an upfront deposit of 50% before work begins. The final high-resolution files are delivered only after the remaining balance is cleared.

You can cancel an order for a full refund if the work has not yet started. However, once the design or editing process begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable to cover the time and resources already invested. Completed and delivered work is not eligible for a refund.

Your privacy is our priority. Any images or files you upload are used strictly for fulfilling your order. We use secure servers and do not share your data with any third parties. Files are kept on our server for 30 -90 day as a backup and then permanently deleted.
